The owner was very understanding and allowed me to down a deposit, and if I don't like it after test driving it later in the week I could have my money back. He doesn't charge a dealers fee, what you see is what you pay+tax. I got a silver 2012 Honda Accord with 75,000 miles for $14k after tax. He could've easily charged me $17k because of how well kept the car was. But he just likes selling cars for a fair price. I am all for standing your ground on the way you run your business, but to be condescending and rude from simple questions is unsettling, especially coming from the owner (Carlos). The customer is NOT always right, but the art of explanation by owners is apparently a declining characteristic, and he is at the lowest end of that.
